Where is the difference between SELF-DESIGNING and MAKING PRINT DATA?
The category SELF DESIGN will take you directly to our shirt designer, where you can design all our products yourself.
Except for almost all Sublimtionsartikel (photo gifts) is the price displayed first, the price WITHOUT printing. Only when you enter print data or download graphics, the corresponding print price is added.
SINGLE EXCEPTION: For almost all photo gifts, the price indicated already includes the imprint and there are no further printing costs, even if the product is printed all around.

You can, however, use the category MAILING PRINT DATA if you do not want to or can not use the Shirtdesigner and still wish to have individually printed articles. Here are all products already calculated with a one-sided pressure and created, so that there are no further printing costs.

What do you have to consider when uploading pictures and own files?
In order to achieve the best possible print result, the uploaded graphic should meet the following requirements:
File formats: .png, .jpg, .bmp or .tif
Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
Image size: at least 1000 x 1000 pixels
How can I save a .png file with transparencies or without a background?
The whitetoner's new system also allows graphics to be printed without background.
To do this, you have to edit the graphic using a graphics program and set the checkmark to "transparent background" when saving as a .png file.
Which printing techniques are there?
It depends on the article itself and the motif to be printed.
Digital printing:
It is used in almost all textiles to be printed with texts, fonts or monochrome logos / motifs.
It is characterized by a high opacity and longevity, but is not applicable to color gradients or photos
How it works: From a thin film, the respective print motif is cut out and fused under very high pressure and high temperature with the respective substrate.
sublimation:
Sublimation is the direct transition from the solid to the gaseous state of matter. The color combines chemically with the textile, so the imprint is not noticeable.
Sublimation printing is not only suitable for printing bright textiles, but also for glass / Kermamik, wood, metal and plastic articles, which have a polymeric coating (cups, glasses, signs, watches)
All inks and also photos and color gradients are possible. However, it can only be printed on white or light backgrounds.
How it works: With the help of a special sublimation printer, its ink is printed on an extra coated printing paper and then pressed onto the material to be printed under great pressure and heat.
Specialty:
Special print is perfect for photos and colorful designs with many colors and gradients. Through it, complex, full-color motifs, e.g. Customer motifs, photos, company logos, etc. can be printed in high quality both on white and colored textiles.
This is how it works: A special printer prints the motif in mirrored form on a transfer paper. Then you squeeze this film with a white coated paper. When the two papers are separated again, the coating paper has transferred the white surface directly to the toner-coated areas of the motif. All other surfaces remain transparent. Now the motif is printed on the corresponding textile with high pressure and temperature.

Is there a minimum order?
No, we deliver all products from 1 piece. It is possible to get each product unprinted or individually printed.
Will I get a discount on larger quantities?
Yes, we pass discounts to our customers. In addition, we have a comprehensive bonus system.

Can I see the status of my order?
We will send you an e-mail at each processing stage informing you of the status.
Regardless, as a registered customer, you have the option of logging in to your customer account and viewing the status.
Can I change or cancel an order?
We produce all items immediately after receipt of payment. As long as no payment has been received, the order can be canceled or changed.
For this we need a timely mail with the appropriate information.
Can I order unprinted pattern shirts?
About our Shirtdesigner unprinted sample items can be ordered. Within the cancellation period, you can return the items back to us if the return conditions are met. We will refund the amount immediately after receipt of the goods. Please note, however, that we accept the postage costs of the return only from an order value of 40 euros. Please contact us before returning by mail.

What can I do in my account "My Account" and what benefits does it offer?
Setting up an account "My Account" is free and offers many benefits.
- You can easily retrieve online the order or delivery status of your order
- You can save your designs and simply reload them on later orders.
- Our bonus system (eg loyalty discount) can be used only for registered customers with a customer account because in some cases totals from past orders have to add up to calculate the discount amount.
what do I do when I forgot my password?
If you are already registered with your e-mail address, you will receive a new password immediately. request new password
Will my personal information be stored? Will you be passed on to third parties?
The company Druckreich GmbH & Co. KG uses the information provided by you to fulfill and process your order. We do not pass personal customer data to third parties. Exceptions to this are service partners who require the transmission of data in order to execute the contract.
